2. General Refund Eligibility

• Time Frame: Customers are eligible for a refund if the refund request is made within 48 hours of placing the order, provided our team has not commenced any related work.
• Non-Refundable After 48 Hours: Orders become non-refundable after 48 hours from the time of placement.
• Processing Fee: All refunds are subject to a processing fee of 100 AED.
• Guarantee: We guarantee a refund if we are unable to fulfill the order.
• Circumstances Beyond Control: Refunds will not be provided if the fulfillment of the order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Specific Service Refund Conditions

• Listing and Promotion Services: No refund will be provided if the listing and/or promotion does not lead to the sale or rental of the property.
• Property Valuation Services: No refund will be provided if the reported property value does not match the customer’s expectations.
• Background Screening and Verification Services: No refund will be provided if the report lacks specific information unavailable due to privacy or other reasons.
• Brokerage and Management Services: No refund will be provided if our brokerage efforts do not result in the sale, purchase, or rental of the property.
• Courses: Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods, no refund will be provided once the product access/download link is sent to you. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.

4. Non-Refundable Costs

Governmental fees, taxes, costs, duties, and document shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the specified 48-hour window via refund@bold.ae. Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request.

6. Processing Refunds

Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, minus the processing fee, within 45 days.

7. Policy Amendments

BOLD.ae reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
